Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and Rent It Rentals Inc. All refunds are issued to the original payment method in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

72+ hours before start

Full refund (less 5% fee)

Cancel at least 72 hours before your rental start time and receive a full refund, less a 5% processing fee.

24 to 72 hours before start

50% refund

Cancel between 24 and 72 hours before your rental start time and receive a 50% refund.

Under 24 hours before start

No refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your rental start time are not eligible for a refund.

Weather cancellation

Full refund or reschedule

Your safety comes first. If we cancel your rental due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
